There are a lot of great upcoming events coming in the next few months through the Washington State Jewish Historical Society. For those of you who don’t know, the Washington State Jewish Historical Society is dedicated to discovering, preserving, and disseminating the history of the Jews of Washington. Annual Meeting

At the Summit at First Hill
Join WSJHS as they honor incoming and outgoing board members, install new members and present the annual report. A light lunch will be served.

Heroes Making History

Please join the Washington State Jewish Historical Society in honoring Washington State’s Jewish veterans. Come hear veterans from different generations speak about their lives. Among the honored guests are retired Admiral Herb Bridge and his son, retired Captain Jon Bridge of the Judge Advocate General’s office. All who have served, and those who have loved ones who have served, are encouraged to attend to honor their service and memory.
Eugene Normand will be presented as 2011 Meta Buttnick Award winner. Honor Eugene with a tribute.
